Canadian outfit Casey Research stated last week that:
"uranium has suffered further damage, knocked back to $120. I heard rumors yesterday that contracts have traded hands that put the yellow metal just under $100 the pound. The Japanese nuclear accident and unexpected sales by the Department of Energy were twin torpedos for the price, but we don’t see the long bull trend in uranium as being anywhere near over."
I guess this maybe the reasons why there has been recent weakness.
