there is still a lot of debate going on between the various parties as to whether the administration of the company will allow the satellites out of their mgmt agreements.

I would not be surprised to see the satellites argue that this is the case and refuse to pay BNB if the bondholders try to put BBIPL into liquidation.

I am hearing that the banks do not have the numbers to make this happen and that the instos are going to vote it down.
