prospectivity of 64North is just about as good as it gets imo
but my oh my have they had to pay up for it. the JV agreement with Millrock is probably the most cumbersome ive seen. for a small cap explorer foe that matter.
the earn in $$ over the 5 yeaars is more than double their current MC and the shares to be issued to Millrock.at each earn in would total over 10% of the current issues capital.
its a hefty price is what im saying.
but i guess it all doesnt matter if they find Pogo #2.
however, they almost need to find something very big to make this worthwhile and financially viable.
anyway , just my raw thoughts at this stage after popping up on my radar , i will be looking to take.a position prior to drilling
