Think you're right there with the 21TCF and yes WCL management have done us a huge favour with respect to the cost of obtaining these permits (Navara Energy) if you do look at the EXE and the deal done wit ECU/AGL. Having said that though, it'd been interesting whether this whole area can live up to it's expectations or if some of it contains dud ground??!!
Obviously the permits have to be granted yet but gee WCL is looking very impressive with what they're up to. Eventually the share price will start to reflect this and a re rating will be on the cards. Best up and coming play imo in the area at present.
