just talked to Fotios. Says should be something re previous contract next week or so. He says take not of this line in recent announcement:
"Subsequent deliveries are expected on a regular basis, which may vary subject to the customer’s future production scheduling and TAA’s availability of supply."
He said what the contract does not imply is that regular shipments will occur and that will obviously affect cash flow. Also sias they renegotiate the price every 12 months and with the price of tantalum going up it should be all good. stay tuned.
