when esi does close a deal (and owns IP) i would expect analyst coverage to commence in earnest - given they will have something tangible (ie cashflows and ownership of the technology) to do real valuations on etc
looking at the (conservative) grant thornton report a year or so back , esi is worth an el of a lot more than mkt cap
