my q was really one i know the answer to - my point is that i don't think the market has factored it in - or are waiting for the confirmation
but ironically the definition of a market in this stock is probably only small at the moment (ie only a few know about it)
the IP acquisition and a JV will certainly move things i agree - and i understand enable analyst coverage to commence etc etc
the knowing market will expand accordingly
