I think also a 3rd factor goes into share price consideration when IP is secured. And that is, the minimum requirement for investment by a lot of soph*prof and insto investors in the tech space. Most, if not all, require that before they can take on the risk of the revenues that may(or may not) be derived from the commercial application of ant technology, the company must first prove they own the technology. This outcome, eliminates one of the biggest risks of investing into a technology company with a highly prospective technology - the possibility that they lose control of the recvenue streams once the commercialisation has been proven.
Add to that a binind HOA with Tincom, followed by confirmation of coal supply and siting, capped off by a successful project feasibility for the first 2Mtpa plant, and its anybody's guess where the price will go.
