WRT the voting issue
At the very least Opes would have emailed ANZ Noms with the clients instructions on how to vote therefore giving ANZ the opportunity to or obligation to say that they own the shares not the clients & would vote them how they liked.
I guess that defines abandonmnet or D&M or U/C.
However if it is so logical & convincing how come I am not feeling as confident as I should at this point in time.
All that aside I am fighting this to the end & will not consider any settlement less than full restitution plus costs +/- compensation.
