That may be so Ocker But 1 part of our augument is that the ANZ being in a position where us investors put all our trust in ( The very fact that they had their Logo on documents etc ) We should have been warned by them and told to seek legal advice before entering this arrangement . I borrowed monies to buy shares from the National bank by taking a mortgage on my home . I was told to get legal advice first before the bank would lend. They owed us this Due Care and Responsibility .
