    Why would Marengo Announce Securities Trading Policy today ? Would a company normally announce this and what for isn't the policy standard for all companies via asx rules ?

    Are they tightening up so they can try and keep all the good new to flow quiet so accumulation can take place at as lower price as possible. hhmm !!
