CHM probably need about $10million ?? quick smart before May 20 to keep the case going. I can't see anyone giving it to them in the current financial market conditions. Their only choice will probably be to issue another 500million shares at 2 cents if they can sell them. That will bring the total number of shares on issue up to almost 2billion! If the share price drops to 1cent or if they have to issue the shares at 1c, then you will have well over 2.4billion shares. Current CHM shareholders are about to get diluted out of any percieved "windfall" they are expecting. Very risky play.
