I don't know what everybody's boggle is with RRS, it's management and Puntland.

Just to remind everyone, this is a potential billion dollar resource if oil is found.

If Puntland wasn't such a complete basket case, threatening as being the next major theater of extremest insurgency, does anyone really think that a tiny outfit like RRS would have a finger in the pie?

Yes everyone stands to lose 100% of their capital on this one, but there is equivalent spectacular upside should RRS and Afrique d'oel persevere in difficult circumstances.

Imagine, there are even forces lobbying at the UN level to have them lose their oil concessions in the 'illegal state'!
