why wouldnt the Maersk have all the testing ans repairing tools it needs anyway?? It should have all this after all it is a drilling ship, they would have planned on running full testing on this well anyway, regardless.
What if the tugboat is there because the Maersk actually broke down, seriously, after all, it was being repaired before it set sail for KORA
