The most critical thing at the AGM will be to ensure that GD retires from the BOD and the company, if it has not happened before the AGM. That was the only announcement that increased the value of the company in the past year - 10% increase in response! Massive remuneration of >$400k in the past year and decimation of shareholder value. The company has good science but poor management and that is down to GD. He must go ASAP.
