Can't make the AGM myself, but I have faith in the team asking the right questions and demanding answers.
The issue is corporate governance which Jase covered in his post. I believe it is now beyond giving the BOD "the benefit of the doubt". Shareholders deserve better and some of their inefficiencies are totally unacceptable.

GD resigning was a positive move and applauded by most shareholders. The appointment of a suitable replacement was expected to take OBJ to the next level -that is where we are now which has proved beyond the competentcy of GD

So, the two questions are -one ,when does GD step down and, two, who is his replacement
I do not believe that these questions have been answered definitively. It appears to me as though he is digging his heels in and will not commit to a date. Likewise the appointment of a successor has consequently stalled.

It would be satisfying to have these events settled with appropriate datelines.
