    true, it is the beginning, SED is moving in for the taking, if NMC turn down the offer, SED will buy up and they will need aprorx 500,000,000 to take over which will mean SED:

    will offer NMC a much higher price or

    SED will buy on market and push the price up, either way NMC is going up
