nro unbelievable speculation, has to be your worst and funniest yet. chinese letting a non minority company in charge of Chinese technology you got to be kidding. but best of all now are talking about shenghe going to 60% . How much do you expect shenghe to pay for that. you should get your story consistent one stage there is a right to go to 60% then there is not then its not binding.
just let the deal be shown to the shareholders .
of course the other question is why does shenghe need to buy the company why not just change the board but that is only an option in my opinion
