But Sam, would you be unhappy if those sophs who just sunk $20m asked for a resolution that they pay less per share as the goalposts have been changed ? Or perhaps they get awarded more options ?

i suppose what I am getting at is that I think the time to push for a gift to long termers has just passed you by. Perhaps by many years not just days.

I can't imagine any reasonable person at board level in a public ( NOT private ) company entertaining such a proposal when they have just gone to market with a CR.
