Yu Yu , I dont know if my opinion is over the Top, you fail to realise the magnatude of the value of both projects for a Take over to be waiting in the wings the potential Buyer/Buyers would know the $'s that would turn over , especially with the POG going north ...what is $1+ per share to pay for a company that could be worth 5 times that amount !
