    It will happen kwehand. But first the air must be cleared. As far as I know there have been no formal findings presented from any of the investigations undertaken. The World Bank (MIGA) stated a report of their findings was due at the end of last month. Investigations were being carried out by MIGA, supposedly the AFP and Canadian foreign affairs, to date no one has stated anything one way or the other. Until these allegations are put to rest AVM will be limited.
