for all shareholders the allegations proved that Anvil has got good relations with the local chieftains.

This "proof" can not be valued high enough and such
support is crucial...

Any company (no matter wich one) will always claim to have good local relationships but now we have good
reason to believe, something i personally value
much higher than the temporarily distractions
by the allegators.So in the end i even be tempted to
thank them - for this knowledge and some buys and
bargain prices.
