The answer of Dean on Tiof is quite good and highlights the difference of opinion between Hardman and WPL.
This option of a phased development for Tiof has been talked about for over a year and makes a lot of sense. Reduce the risk in terms of capital cost and get earlier cash flow from the early development contributing to the cost of the full development...makes a lot of sense to me.
