Arn't Dean and Woodside saying similar things on Tiof. Dean is saying we need more dynamic data. To me that means a production test to see what happens to reservoir pressure under decent flow rates and over an extended test interval. I think Keith Spence inferred on the presentation they were concerned that the flow test they did on Tiof wasn't robust enough to make an easy call on development. So before they commit serious capital they need to reduce the development risk by doing more analysis and testing. Presumably they will do another test perhaps with better equipment and more storage so they can test for an extended period. I am not oil "guru" just have a basic knowledge of fliud mechanics. Perhaps someone else can qualify what I have posted regarding dynamic data?
