Afaik the mineral resource estimate (measured) is 3,005,000 tonnes LCE.
Measured + indicated + inferred resource = 7,232,000 tonnes LCE.
Proven + probable mineral reserve estimate is 1,139,000 tonnes LCE.
Hence ~40 years @ 25ktpa anticipated.
Btw the revised flow sheet may reduce the cut off grade and therefore increase the reserves...?
In anyone’s language, there’s a lot of Li in that salar, in relatively great quality brine. The concern remains, imo, that as demand ramps up, the customers will want Li ASAP yet potential funding partners don’t seem to appreciate the lead time of build-out, commissioning and ramp up. We all love to complain about the time it’s taking to develop SDV, yet it cannot be done without significant investment... hopefully a surge in EV demand post-Coronavirus will be a reminder to those with the $$ that a real opportunity exists here.
Sentiment, momentum and investment can change very quickly, as we have seen before....perhaps the FID inputs will trigger some action...
We’ll see.
