    We are seeking seed capital for the re listing.
    The base asset is a US Based oil production asset which has net cash flow of $100,000/mth
    We intend to purchase 35% and operatorship.
    There is quick upside with a couple workovers, and over 20 shallow oil development drilling targets. We believe we can increase cash flow by 2-3x in Q1 2020.
