re: seed capital Your a very negative fellow TAS and there is mention of who runs the company on there about us page, you should be very careful in labling something as a scam.
They also cover ASIC compliance issues in great detail!
In any case I thank you for your opininion even though it was poorly researched. I found the site quite interesting.
