I cannot see institutions who paid $11.50 several weeks ago in a capital raising accepting less than 12.00 in any TO attempt. They are already furious with CEO and will vote against a proposal than is not profitable. hence, if TO goes ahead (imo a 70% probability) then minimum would be 12.30. DYOR always. If you believe in risk/reward theory then NUF is a BUY.
