I used to own plenty of this at much higher prices and took a loss quite some time ago. I've followed ROC for a long time and in my opinion the mere diversity of their portfolio, both geographically and by development stage was always a hinderance to takeover activity, in my opinion, as it was probably never easily understood how to value it and its risk profile, like you can when you buy a single mine single commodity producer for example. But at these prices, of course that roadblock could be over-looked. But I would think that any potential aqcuirer would be playing a wait and see game to see how things like recent M&A etc settle down. But who can predict what will happen in this climate?
