agree with what you have said khibbins. just based on how they have handled themselves (aza and roc) right through these last 3 to 4 months, reckon its already been pre-ordained. the aza guys will be pushing for it some of them are big shareholders and have seen paper value of their holdings plummet.

now taking into account the decimation of the AUD, and with almost half the production out of australia and roc assets seem to have matured in terms of their development (see china ann.), i reckon a done deal even accounting for the decline in the price of oil. i'd say the exact detail needs to be fleshed out but that will be tightened up at some point following compulsory acquisition of aza imo.
