can't imagine it will be a great deal less than the aza plus roc consolidated equity value approx more than $900M which would make it roughly $1.50
to develop its interests in its producing assets today would cost at least that amount. its a done deal though imo.
you'd think awe with their 57.5% stake in cliff head (post arc merger) and USD cash laden balance sheet is the go. its someone in any case. you can tell by the way roc is handling its media imo. cheers.
