sorry that was USD$900M. this would put the $A share price at around $2.40. but in this market you'd expect a little bit of "you scratch my back I'll scratch yours", everybody (in on it) will make money so they will make it a nice attractive price for the buyer. this is definitely the case atm.
as many would be aware a a low pre-bid share price makes for an easier story to shareholders when the bid comes, VWAP and all that.
