The wind has been taken out of ROC over a long period of time. Their acreage is certainly full of potential. Management are showing signs of conservatism and sensible decision making. And with new projects not actually being pursued by other oil players, due to the grim world outlook, this may pose an opportunity for the small players to take advantage of making hay during sluggish project activity.

I know I'll get personally abused for saying this, but I would put an estimate of 20-30c before I start looking seriously. But of course, I might be wrong.....let's hope I am.
