I believe that one must know how to value something before investing/speculating. Valuing can entail the earnings power of a business or what someone is willing to pay (very hard skill set). Through an earnings power context AMX looks very positive and the risk/reward payoff is I believe in the current buyers favour. I note that Acorn Capital have also taken a substantial stake recently (Announcement 8/06/2012) which also reinforces the belief that it is a decent investment with the obvious fact of Acorn purchasing AMX at a much higher price. I dont really know much about mining companies so I wish to do some more due diligence but it does look promising.
