You identify SEK as quality, and you are in good company. But $17 is downright expensive.
A good place to start is Roger Montgomery's book Value.able.
Using his formula I get an intrinsic value based on 2015 forecast earnings of $5.80! RM cautions investors to buy below IV, allowing a safety margin.
Another measure is the PE based on FY15 earnings. I get 30. Now history records that for each type of stock (banks, miners, industrials, R&D, tech etc) there is a particular PE that one would associate with a bubble. At 30 for stocks like SEK, that is right on bubble territory, so those already in the stock are thinking they should be reducing.
That is not to say that the price won't go up and the PE goes to 40. The buyers at that level are speculators who hope they can find someone to sell to at a yet higher price.
