    Hi Angelus .. what you are asking is the billion dollar question and any response is essentially an assessment of the Seek management and market potential .. interestingly seek is now regarded as an IT stock so PE ratio and asset assessment aren't a driving force of the share price .. its about growth and the Asian market has that potential .. hence the jump in share price in the past 2 years ..

    I've probably had Seek for five years or so I'm openly biased in my opinion of its fair value and future value but read what you have said about the company.

    If you are a trader then a drop of a buck here or there is important and buying on the cheap can be a feel good experience but wont impact long term company earnings but may improve your capital returns. There is a lot of concern about overinflated equity markets and especially IT stocks but this is a company that is growing earnings, dividends and market presence .. there are no guarantees especially with China but as an investor .. you have to decide where and when to put your money on table .. so if you consider the company too pricey so be it ..
