This is an exciting opportunity for a process orientated Product & Operations Coordinator to take on a soon to be launched product with substantial growth potential. The product (Certsy) is a 100% online police check service that allows job seekers to submit a request for a police check using either a desktop or mobile device and then provides users with a digital police check certificate they can send onto prospective employers.
As the manager of Certsy, you will work closely with Jora's General Manager and Strategy team and also engage with external stakeholders such as end customers and Crimtrac, the Federal government organisation responsible for overseeing the police checking service providers. You will be accountable for overseeing the operations of Certsy and driving evolution of the product.
Success in this role will ultimately require you to:
Ensure ongoing delivery of the Certsy service to customers by using a variety of customer support tools as well as managing a small customer support team
Establish and maintain appropriate privacy processes and boundaries to ensure customer data is protected and we continue to comply with government regulations
Develop and deliver regular reporting on Certsy performance to the Jora leadership team
Help expand the base product to provide a wider range of services
Conduct ad hoc analysis to assess potential opportunity and benefits of improvement ideas for Certsy
Talk knowledgeably about Certsy to external stakeholders from time to time (note: this is not a Sales role)
