Sydney - Monday - September 4: (RWE Aust Business News) - SEEK
(ASX:SEK) has entered into formal agreements to acquire a 50 per cent
stake in IDP, the Australian agency for placement of international
students into Australian educational institutions.
SEEK expects the transaction to be completed in late September.
Subject to completion SEEK will participate in IDP's profits from
September 1, 2006.
