Following on from your more sober post, Pablo, may I offer the following possibility.
To my understanding there would have been nothing to preclude overseas/US investors/investment houses accumulating PRR shares ever since the listing was first proposed. Whether they manipulate the market or not, they would still be able to effect an off-market transfer of their holdings to the "market-makers" without buying any Oz owned stock, therefore the unexpected low performance of the sp today. The market makers" may already have their fill promised to them.
Tomorrow will certainly be interesting, but I wouldn't expect big movements for a couple of weeks, until this US roadshow gets going.
