There's much merit in what you posted. DNDN was targeted by an unscrupulous group of doomsayers bent on destroying the company's reputation, by any means possible for their own nefarious reasons.
The new CEO John Johnson seems to be a tougher nut than his predecessor Mitch Gold. He recently came out swinging at an article that erroneously questioned Provenges efficacy and the results of it's Phase III trials.
They play the game rough over there. As the Yanks say "Welcome to the NFL".
