looking to buy/build my first home in a couple months.
just wondering any general advice you can give to someone in their early 20s/ what would you have done.
At this stage building unless I can find a bargain to renovate.
What is the minimum % of loan you would recommend to have ready as a deposit before jumping into a bank loan?
my budgets around 380k
