my thoughts: just seems cheap to build up on a steel frame on stilts. its not a steep block but has views which would be complimented with a 2 storey home.

By cut the block up , I meant subdivide . It's an awful big block for in town so I imagine it would suitable a few townhouses . Subject to approval of course .
