The asx tried but their should be better guidelines from ASIC or whatever that misleading announcements should not be made. (like resource companies now cannot misrepresent targeted resources as real resources)

An unsigned contract is not a valid contract and they should not be saying it will signed in the next x days/ weeks

This of course would have most likely resulted in much more dilution and whilst I would feel for holders this is the risk they take in investing in biotech companies that continually advise contracts will be coming in bulk soon, yet have delivered very little.

The ends does not justify the means and the cc / update and shareholder letter were very poor communications IMO.

When you get a contract announcement but in the mean time do not act like a contract is final if not signed!,
