Yes, this too has been used by many here as subterfuge and take the responsibility away from MSB.
I've decided that I am not going to investigate it as it is futile IMO. Others here have said that it is not an apples for apples comparison. I would have to research Jakafi and all it's history to find out - no thanks.
He's something that I do know without doing any additional research or chasing any red herrings:
1. The FDA is the common denominator across both trials. We guess at best. They know at worst.
2. Although many 'experts' on HC has brought this 'fact' up, not one expert in the real world has done so. The likelihood that HC 'experts' are two steps ahead of real world experts is completely ridiculous. Many a comment from 'experts' none from experts.
If only the FDA had a 'don't look at me, what about them' emergency express process MSB could take? Wouldn't that be sweet!
