If you read the BFS you'd notice KNL's final JORC will be measured at 10%. But it is irrelevant for the below reasons;
WKT (whatever-that-is) looks "very dismal" in comparison to KNL; with 3 customers (2* German & 1*Japanese, with a GGG kicker!), sold out stage-one, RAP on its way, bank funding and multiple tenements.... It really is an unfair fight.
I didn't think it took my banking experience to see the obvious shortfalls to your proposed company.... But maybe it does, i'm sorry you don't have it.
Business = willing, AND PAYING! customers.
