You can learn from others but you really need to school yourself. There is no quick fix and it takes time to learn, a long time.

Books, podcasts lots of screen time. Some of the posters who pick stocks that run, watch their calls and watch the charts. Why did they pick that stock, what does the chart look like, how many shares on issue, was there just a capital raise so the company has cash now, is news possibly coming, spend time on the charting thread and short term trading thread also. Anyway that's just off the top of my head. Good luck. I am far from an expert.

Everyone has a different trading style and you have to find your own. @Cabbie where is that library link again I'm gonna have to bookmark it.
