Finance is proving to be a lengthy proposition across the board I feel. The current global sentiment has the Caution signs raised for any and all new funding for projects across all sectors. This means only the projects with the best metrics will be entertained and even then many will try on the you need us more than we need you routine and offer funding under unfavourable conditions. It’s a tuff gig right now and any additional time needed to, find, negotiate or otherwise beg for favourable funding arrangements I can live with.
