Hi all,
After following the ongoing discussions and reviewing the situation, I’m considering flying out to WA to attend the court hearing on 2nd December to oppose the DOCA. I’m not planning to engage legal counsel due to the associated costs and the slim likelihood of achieving a favorable outcome.
However, I believe showing up in person and presenting objections may still make a difference or, at the very least, demonstrate that shareholders are paying attention. If anyone has advice on how to best prepare for this or if there are specific steps I should take (e.g., submitting affidavits on behalf of other shareholders), I would greatly appreciate your input. I’m especially keen to understand any procedural requirements or documentation I should bring to make my attendance worthwhile. If there are others planning to attend or if anyone has experience in such matters, feel free to share your thoughts or coordinate efforts.
Thanks in advance for any guidance. Let’s see if we can collectively make an impact.
