If Ryan does manage to snag that land he's working on, he will then have an uphill battle to resurrect AVQ. Not saying he can't but it will be extremely hard to.
Then if he does manage to do the impossible, what to do with current disgruntled shareholders who have lost a lot of money.
Then if he manages to placate them how does he convince anyone to invest in a company that's unofficially gone broke once already.
He's a good salesman , no doubt about it and I know he has a lot of broker contacts but once you've been smeared with a certain excrement, it's very hard to wash off.
I would not invest in anything new , once bitten twice shy. But if he resurrects AVQ and manages to still give something to current shareholders, I certainly wouldn't be averse to that.
But good luck to him for still having a go
