Update: So I couldn't bring myself to sell URB at such a big discount and elected to sell off my Crown shares at a decent profit instead (I was fortunate enough to buy in a few weeks before the takeover speculation as I thought they'd been over sold). Am sure I will probably regret it (particularly if another offer comes through for Crown!). URB also has very little liquidity at the moment which would have made it difficult to offload even the small parcel that I've got. Hopefully the NTA is decent tomorrow and makes me feel slightly better!
